When it comes to the best epoxy resin, we certainly prefer the Pro Marine Supplies Crystal Clear Bar Table Top Epoxy Resin over many other brands in the industry. This stuff produces a tough high gloss finish with a very pro-grade water-resistant coating. It is also self-leveling with a nice UV-resistant formulation.

More importantly, this epoxy resin is certainly designed to be used outdoors and can withstand all sorts of bad weather, heat, rain, snow, and sunshine. It is perfect for marine equipment. Finally, with this epoxy resin, you have pretty good air release and color stability as well as an improved surface appearance and impact strength.

#2.MAS Tabletop Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin

We think the MAS Epoxies Tabletop is one of the better options when it comes to the best epoxy resin in the industry. This is an ultra-clear self-leveling epoxy resin with a high gloss finish. We like how this is also a full kit and includes a spreader and brush as part of the kit. If you follow all of the instructions properly you will have a glass-like clear finish.

Overall, we would say it is fairly obvious that this stuff works and is better than most of the others in the industry. We only rate it second to Crystal Clear because it is a bit less durable. Mas has been in the industry for over 25 years and has a lot of experience in making epoxy resin products that average consumers can trust.

#3.Art ‘N Glow Epoxy Resin

If you are into art and need the best epoxy resin for art, the Art ‘N Glow resin is certainly a nice option. We really like how it is self-leveling and odor free, which are two big issues with other resins. Next, it is quite resistant to yellowing from UV exposure, which is basically a lifesaver. Also, it is good to know that this resin is thicker than most of the others on the market.

When you apply, the bubbles are minimized and casting is very high quality when cured. Overall, it has a very beautiful glaze and is just pretty to look at. Also, it has a long durable shelf life and has very consistent hardening, which is perfect for beginners who don’t quite know how to apply it.

So now we have ArtResin, which is one of the better art resins on the market if you want to keep your artwork away from UV damage. While many other resins will yellow, this one stays perfectly clear. The ArtResin has a very nice consistency, with a crystal clear finish that most others can’t rival. Also, there is not much of a harsh smell which can be a big problem in other resins.

One of our complaints and a legitimate one may only be on the premium price. But if you think about the premium quality that you are getting, maybe the price won’t be so bad. Also, one of the other issues is there is certainly a learning curve in terms of applying this stuff so it takes some practice and a lot of wasted resin.
