We like how there is both a 3-pin and 4-pin connector setup, which means it can accommodate new and old PCs.

In terms of design and performance, this is a very sturdy fan with quality parts and high-quality steel and plastic. It is very efficient at cooling and fits perfectly with most computers. Finally, there is integrated voltage and shortening protection. Please just note that the installation process is a bit tricky, so be prepared to work for it.

The Kingwin Fan Controller is pretty good for a single-bay, front-facing control setup. You get an eSATA port so that you can connect more drives, two USB 3.0 Ports, and an HD audio headphone/mic jack. Additionally, we think the display screen is pretty clear and there is even an alarm temp display.

This is definitely a very popular model as it has pretty good performance and functionality. This device model gives you the ability to monitor and control two sets of fans. Finally, just note that the wires are a bit long and difficult to organize, so be prepared to figure out a solution.

The main appeal of the Lamptron FC2 Fan Controller is the ability to use software to control the WPM of the 6 fans on the system. This is engaged through the 3 Pin connectors and 4 Pin Molex wire. This fan controller has a very elegant and simple display as well as providing 45W of power per fan.

Each of the 6 knobs allows you to manually control the voltage of your fans. However, just note all PWM must be controlled via software. Also, just know that as the overall RPM of the fan increases, the lights on the base of the fan controller also get brighter.

This controller allows you to monitor up to 4 fans and comes with spare thermal sensors, extension cables, and thermal tape. Although a bit bulky, it is simple to operate and easy to use. Finally, we like the fact that you can display the temperature in both Celsius and Fahrenheit.
