#2.Maybelline New York Gigi Hadid Tinted Primer

If you are on a budget and want a quick simple primer, the Maybelline Gigi Hadid could be the best tinted primer for you. This stuff gives your skin a nice natural glow and definition. This can be used by itself stand-alone or under your foundation. Although it is a bit watery, it is still relatively easy to apply evenly. Also, it dries quite fast.

We like how it does a pretty good job of staying in place all day long even with people with oily skin. It also seems to do a decent job of keeping your skin from being oily. Just keep in mind that there are a couple of different colors and shades to choose from depending on your skin tone.

#5.Glo Skin Beauty Tinted SPF 30 Primer

We really like the Glo Skin Beauty Tinted Primer because it also offers sun protection, which definitely takes a lot of extra work out in your makeup routine. This is an oil-free tinted primer with SPF 30 protection. The primer itself gives your skin an even tone and makes putting on makeup a breeze.

All in all, we would say that it definitely works very well and holds makeup basically all day without the need to reapply or re-touch. It also contains Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide.
