Although we do find that Woodrich offers better mold and mildew protection, the Cabot has everything else covered. This brand is also easy to apply and dries quickly. It is definitely a lot easier to apply than Penofin, but taking everything into consideration, Woodrich is a bit easier overall to apply and clean up.
