#1.Elmer’s E1012 China and Glass Cement

For those who want the ebst glue for porcelain, we highly recommend you try out the Elmer’s China and Glass Cement. This glue is also made for porcelain and works wonderfully. First and foremost, we want to say that we just love the Elmer’s brand and have been using their products ever since we were all infants. If it has been around for this long, surely they are doing something right.

We really like this glue because it forms a clear strong bond with porcelain surfaces that others glues just really can’t rival. It sets in just about one minute and you can easily wipe off the excess. This also gives you plenty of time to rearrange the porcelain pieces and realign if needed before it sets. It is not an instant bond so you do have a bit of time.

#2.Super Glue Porcelain Repair

Next, we have the Super Glue Porcelain Repair, which is the best glue for porcelain if you are looking for a heat resistant adhesive with a very strong bond. This glue also dries white and is mainly used to fix up scratches and minor imperfections in white porcelain materials such as sinks, bathtubs, tiles, appliances and more.

It is also quite durable and is water resistant, which is actually quite useful for a lot of people using it in their tiles and bathtubs. This glue is very durable and moreoso than most brands. Finally, we just want to say that it dries to the touch in about 10 minutes which gives you plenty of time to rearrange things if it is not the position you want. Yes, it is a bit of a wait, but nothing terrible.

#3.Pratley Epoxy Glue For Porcelain

Next, we have the Pratley Epoxy Glue For Porcelain, which is the best glue for porcelain if you are interested in that is stronger than most other glues for porcelain. The standout feature is simply its shear bond strength as it tends to bond better than most super glues and even epoxies out there. The hold is strong and resilient to water and moisture, which is definitely nice.

Just keep in mind that this is a 2 part adhesive, so it definitely take a bit of work to apply. You will have to mix the two different tubes together and apply it. There is a good chance that this stuff will make a mess everywhere and you will have to do a lot of cleaning. But it is the price you pay for a really strong bond.

#4.Gorilla Super Glue Gel

There is not much to say about the Gorilla Super Glue Gel. It is one of the most popular items for a good reason: it works on just about anything and it bonds well. Porcelain is definitely no exception to the Gorilla Super Glue Gel and it is definitely quality. The most noticeable quality of this suer glue is that it is pretty much instant setting at around 10-30 seconds.

You don’t have much time to rearrange pieces once you apply it, but equally you don’t have to sit around and wait for it to settle before moving on to the next part. The hold is towards the top end of super glues and the durability is definitely pretty amazing. It does ok underwater, but definitely not the best. There are better glues out there that are waterproof.

#5.3M Ceramic Porcelain Adhesive

Finally, we have 3M Ceramic Porcelain Adhesive, which makes our list because it is 3M, a very well known company in this industry that anyone can really vouch for. Although it is made for ceramic, porcelain is close enough and definitely works just as well. This glue dries clear in about 5 minutes and obviously has a very nice strong and flexible bond.

We would say that the bond is strong but not nearly as strong as these two part epoxies and even some super glue like the Gorilla Glue. The reason we like it is because of the flexbility. It definitely does not create a stiff hard bond and actually gives your porcelain some breathing room. It is also dishwasher safe, which is a nice plus.
