#1.Zoeller Sewage Ejector Pump
For those who want the best sewage ejector pump, the Zoeller Sewage Ejector Pump is definitely a great option. It is a 1/2 horsepower, 115 volt submersible sewage pump. In our opinion and we are sure many people can back this up, this is the best sewage ejector pump because it is just built rock solid and is indestructible. It is clearly a step above the competition in durability.
And we know that this is definitely not the cheapest, but we think it is definitely worth the cost. You just install this once and likely won’t have to do any more maintenance work on it. We certainly can’t say the same about some of the other pumps out there. Finally, while it is quite heavy, we actually find it easy and intuitive to install yourself.
#2.Wayne RPP50 Sewage Pump
Next up, we have the Wayne RPP50 Sewage Pump, which is the best sewage ejector pump for those who want a cheaper alternative to the Zoeller. The only problem with going this route is on the back of your mind, you will always be telling yourself “should have gotten a Zoeller.” Just kidding, it is not that bad.
The Wayne actually holds up its ground against most pumps within its price range and you can replace most sewage pumps without going through plumbing changes. And it is durable enough for most situations, so don’t worry too much. There’s even a 1 year warranty for replacement parts. We will let you view the specs in the link below.
#3.Flotec FP400C Sewage Ejector Pump
Another great option when it comes to the best sewage ejector pump is the Flotec FP400C. It is great with basement installations, below-grade toilets and laundry facilities. It has a nice corrosion resistant construction and while it is not as durable as the Zoeller, it definitely holds it ground quite well. It can handle two inch solids and can pump up to 5,250 gallons per hour.
Some other features included in this pump are a 30-Gallon basin and lid assembly, an automatic float switch, a two inch check valve, and an eight feet power cord. Overall, this unit definitely exceeded our expectations. It is unbelievably quiet and works very well. The only issue is that it is quite hard to install.
#4.Happybuy Sewage Ejector Pump
The Happybuy Sewage Ejector Pump is a nice budget option for those looking to replace their dying sewage ejector pump. It provides up to 7100 gallon per hour and has a 1.6HP pumping capacity. The durability of this unit is actually surprisingly amazing given how cheap it is. It has a commercial quality stainless steel housing and the base is high and suitable for sewage of large debris.
Overall, we would say that this pump has very stable and reliable performance. It is also non-toxic and corrosion-resistant and made of high quality bearings for a smooth noiseless operation. We also find it quite easy to install. While it is certainly no where close to a Zoeller, we think that it puts up a pretty good fight and is certainly much cheaper.
#5.Flotec Sewage Ejector Pump
Lastly, we have the Flotec Sewage Ejector Pump, which is great for those who want something that is cheap, reliable, lightweight and easy to install. It is also known to be very quiet which we believe is also its standout feature. Other than this, the features are all pretty standard. It handles 2 inch discharges.
Also, it has a stainless steel body construction and is made of thermoplastic. It is certainly not the most luxurious sewage pump, but equally it is not trying to be. All in all, this is a nice little unit that has 1/2 horsepower and can pump about 9000 gallons in an hour.
