#1.Rael Certified Organic Cotton Sanitary Pads

For those looking for the best sanitary pads, we have to give them to Rael. They are made with 100% organic cotton, making them super soft and comfortable. We would say that the standout feature is easily the level of comfort. These pads do a great job of maximizing airflow and are hypoallergenic.

These breathable sheets also do a very good job of alleviating bad odors and irritation. And especially the irritation, which can be very annoying in other pads. These sanitary pads are just incredibly smooth. And finally, just know that the pads are dermatologist tested to be suitable for all women, skin types, and menstrual conditions. Keep in mind these are regular pads, not overnight ones.

#2.Always Radiant Sanitary Pads

The Always Radiant Sanitary Pads are the best sanitary pads in our opinion if you want odor control. These pads are pretty lightweight and absorb up to 10 times their weight. And obviously, we think the standout feature is the fact that it has better odor control than most of its competitors, making it the go-to for those who are concerned about smelling bad.

In terms of the natural scent, we say it is nice and clean. And it gives you coverage for about an entire day. We cannot say the same with other sanitary pads by other brands. Lastly, we really like the flex foam core, which is incredibly soft and conforms to the contours of your unique shape, giving you a very snug fit.

#3.Poise Incontinence Pads, Max Absorbency

Next, we have the Poise Incontinence Pads, which are probably the best sanitary pads if you are looking for maximum absorbency. They are wider in the front and back, which is perfect for heavy bladders. So what separates Poise from the rest of the brands is basically absorbency. It is clearly the most absorbent pad we’ve seen and it just soaks up a good 30-40% more than the others.

However, the trade-off to maximum absorbency is not so great odor protection. Don’t get us wrong, the odor protection seems alright, but it is nothing close to spectacular. We just want to add that these pads softly curve in the middle to fit your curves better than other brands and previous versions of the pad.

#4.Stayfree Ultra Thin Overnight Pads

The Stayfree Ultra Thins are some of the best sanitary pads if you are looking for overnight pads that have a great balance of absorbency, comfort, and odor protection. We really like them because they are ultra-thin, as the name implies. So basically they don’t weigh down on you and they definitely don’t feel like they are some sort of nuisance.

Also, we think these pads do a pretty good job in handling leaks, due to its night guard zone that runs front to back and side to side. And last but not least, we really like the fact that it has a very flexible design, so it basically allows you to move freely while you sleep without the fear of the pads slipping out.

#5.U by Kotex Barely There Liners

The U by Kotex Barely There Liners are very thin and flexible to the point where you barely even know that it is there. Yes, we know it is a marketing slogan, but it is definitely true. So the standout feature is basically just how thin it is overall. They are incredibly lightweight and more comfortable than most other brands out there.

Unfortunately, the trade-off is absorbency and these pads are light in this area. But to maintain their comfort level and lightweight, they really can’t be any more absorbent. So all in all, they are for daily use and light flows. Also just know that these sanitary pads are lotion-free, latex-free, and fragrance-free.
