We think it is safe to say that if you want the best punch-down tool in terms of price, the Cable Matters device is the right one for you. This is probably the best bang for the buck on the market. This impact tool has a Hi and Low impact force settings for cable termination into a block, patch panel, or jack with 110 IDC terminals.
The keystone jack is ok for cat 3, cat 5, cat 5e, cat 6, and cat 6A networks or voice cable. The blade is also removable and can be stored in the tool. Overall, we would say the quality is definitely not the best, but for the price, you just can’t beat it.

The Epsilont EPS2000 Punch Down Tool is great if you want to interchange between 110 and Krone standards. Also, it has a quality design and is made with durable materials. In general, the Epsilont has a very compact design and comes with handles that are easy to grip. It is also nice and durable with its all-steel construction.
We like how both the 110 and 66 blades have a cutting and non-cutting side. There is also a nice blade storage compartment built in. All in all, this is a very reliable tool and definitely leagues above the competition in terms of ease of use and quality. It comes at a decent price as well.
