The RCBS Case Neck Turner is a very simple-to-use tool that works very well. Keep in mind this is not the complete conversion kit but the case neck turner only. Please keep in mind that this tool requires you to purchase additional pilots and reamers for your specific caliber.

The RCBS Hand Case Beck Turner does a really good job at peeling brass from the outside of the case neck to a uniform thickness. We like how this cutter can be for right and left-hand use. As you may already know, variable neck thickness results in case of neck concentricity and bullet run-out issues.
Also, the cutter design can zero the cutter to the pilot and mandrel. After that just use the dial to set your case neck thickness in 0.0005 inch increments. All in all, by truing up the case neck, you get way more consistent and accurate hand-loaded ammunition. It is well worth it.
