This is a very fast-setting glue with a working time of about 1 minute and a 2-minute fixture time. The word on the street is that when it comes to acrylic material, this brand is clearly the best.
It really has that industrial strength bond that has excellent durability and is widely used by professionals.
The only issue we find with it is that it is a little hard to control and apply properly since it has the consistency of water and can really run everywhere and make a mess.
However, once it is settled, it produces really strong assembles that are also flexible as well as moisture resistant. It will beat out any traditional super glue any day.

#2. Gorilla Super Glue Gel – The Right Type of Glue
Another great product when it comes to the best glue for acrylic is the Gorilla Super Glue Gel. We like it because it has a no-run control gel formula that allows you to apply it vertically.
And besides, it is Gorilla Glue after all, which is a very well-known brand in the industry and has a very solid reputation everywhere you go. And it is pretty impact tough with high bond strength.
While it is one of those everything super glues, we really like it because it is actually quite good at bonding with acrylic.
And it dries in about 10 to 30 seconds with no clamping required. Finally, just know that it comes with an anti-clog cap and actually does a really good job of keeping the glue from drying out.

Next up, we have the Surebonder Acrylic Adhesive Glue Sticks, which are the best glue for acrylic if you are looking for an adhesive that is strong yet remains flexible.
It is pretty good at adhering to a bunch of hard-to-bond surfaces, including acrylic. It is definitely a really nice glue to have when dealing with acrylic and bonds quite strong with serious durability.

But we prefer this to the above two brands as it is just much easier to apply.
Also, it bonds better with a stronger long-term bond that is weather resistant and to some extent decently waterproof. The only problem is you have to use another tool to administer it.

The Plastruct Plastic Weld Glue is definitely a great choice when it comes to gluing together acrylic materials. The bottle itself looks so tacky but trust us, what’s inside is really good.
This stuff is immediately tacky and sets in just minutes. It does a fairly good job of applying but definitely not the easiest. The above brands are definitely better for that and certainly easier to clean up.
The thing that really stands out with this glue is that it has a strong resistance to a very large temperature range. So it will hold up quite well in extremely cold or hot environments.
Although it doesn’t have the marketing of some brands like Gorilla Glue doesn’t mean that it is not a good product. We strongly urge you to try it out just for the novelty factor.

#5. Walker Tape Ultrahold 3.4 oz Acrylic Glue
Finally, we have Walker Tape Ultrahold, which is a soft bonding acrylic adhesive that is mostly used with hair. But we find it works well with all types of acrylic material.
You can use this stuff if you just need a quick fix or a temporary bond that will last about 3 to 6 weeks.
This is definitely not for large-scale projects that require extra holding power.
The flip side of the coin when it comes to this glue is to it is just extremely flexible and really forgiving. You can clean it up easily and it won’t make any crazy strong bonds that will stick to your fingers.
In other words, it is definitely not like super glue, so you won’t have to worry about carefully applying it.
Don’t get us wrong, the bond is still pretty strong, just not as strong as super glue.
