If you are looking for the best mini muffins, we really like the Kodiak Cakes Minute Muffins and think they are the best tasting.
The only issue with these muffins is that they are not pre-baked. You have to store water or milk with the muffin mix provided and microwave for one minute.
However, once they come out, the taste is just out of this world compared to cold premade mini muffins from big brands. Also, it is nice to know that it is made with 100% whole grains, as well as non-GMO ingredients, and 6g protein per serving.

#2. Entenmann’s Little Bites Muffins
We really like Entenmann’s Little Bites and consider them the best mini muffins if you like chocolate chips and bite-sized premade muffins.
For some reason, these mini muffins just taste a bit more authentic than the big brands and most of the other brands we tried.
They are dangerously addictive and you can just continuously pop them in your mouth. It is also nice to know that they contain no high fructose corn syrup and 0 grams of trans fat.

#3.Hostess Mini Muffins, Variety Pack
When it comes to mini muffins, who can forget about Hostess, the big behemoth in the room. Yes, while it is a huge name brand, we still think these mini muffins taste pretty darn good.
We like the fact that in this variety pack, you get both chocolate chip and blueberry flavors.
Both flavors are pretty good although we have a slight preference towards the blueberry one. In terms of freshness, we can’t complain as they retain their freshness for up to 55 days.
Finally, in terms of texture and feel, they are quite soft and fluffy with real blueberries and chocolate chips inside.

#4. Otis Spunkmeyer Muffin Variety
If you want the best mini muffins, but can’t decide on a flavor, you should go with the Otis Spunkmeyer Muffin Variety.
In this variety pack you get three flavors: banana nut, chocolate chip, and wild blueberry.
These mini muffins are not exactly bite-sized so you can’t just shotgun them in your mouth. They are a great breakfast item for grabbing on the go.
Also, we just want to add that these mini muffins are pretty moist and squishy compared to other muffins. Some people may not like it so moist.

Finally, we have the LaBrees Bana Nut Mini Muffins. If you like banana nut flavor, these are your best friend.
We find that LaBrees does the banana nut flavor very very well. It is not too nutty or too much banana. Everything is just right.
Also, these mini muffins are somewhere between bite-sized and full-sized muffins.
You can’t exactly one-shot these muffins and they are not as big as real muffins. In terms of freshness, each batch that we got was pretty fresh and they are definitely made with quality ingredients.
