Lastly, we have the Scotch Quick Drying Tacky Glue, which is a nice glue that is originally designed to bond paper and other arts and crafts. We actually find that it works surprisingly well on bond glitter with fabrics. For some reason, it just works and is able to survive through multiple wash cycles, which is pretty amazing.
The best part is that you can just loosely apply this stuff everywhere without having to make a mess. Then just sprinkle on the glitter and you can easily remove the excess glue before it dries and hardens. The only thing that is a bit annoying is that it definitely dries a bit stiff, so maybe this could be annoying for those who don’t want to physically feel a hardened glue on their shirt.
