Best CNC Coolant

#1.Kool Mist #77 Concentrated Coolant

If you want the best CNC coolant, we think that you should definitely give the Kool Mist #77 Concentrated Coolant a try. As the name implies, it is a concentrated coolant, so dilute it for the instructions to make the bottle last a whole lot longer. All in all, it does a great job of keeping your parts cool and it is easy to pump. The only thing we don’t like is that it has a low viscosity, but that can be overlooked.

Best CNC Coolant

#1.Kool Mist #77 Concentrated Coolant

When it comes to the best CNC coolant, we have to give it up to the Kool Mist Concentrated Coolant. We find it pretty good at general cooling of the CNC and chip removal. We like this coolant because it definitely gives you good value and is much cheaper than those titanium-only coolants but pretty much gives you the same desired effect.

Overall, we think that it does a great job of keeping your parts lubed and cool as well as minimizing tarnishing and rust. It will do a great job in milling aluminum and keeping the tool cooled down. And finally, we like the fact that it smells pretty nice too, and doesn’t have an unpleasant odor, unlike some of the other CNC coolants that we tried.

#2.TRIM Fluids 9106 CNC Coolant

Next, we have the TRIM Fluids 9106 CNC Coolant, which is the best CNC coolant that does a good job of inhibiting chip packing and clinking. This is a clear odorless synthetic coolant. We like it because it is excellent at dissipating heat as well as inhibiting corrosion. It is also recommended for grinding steel, cast iron, and aluminum.

One of the standout features is that it will not form ammonia when grinding cast iron and allows graphite to float. Also, when grinding cast iron, it does a good job of preventing the swarf from clinking. It is also good to know that TRIM fluids 9106 contain no sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine, or other halogens.

#3.Jancy Slugger 10208W Coolant/Cutting Fluid

For those who want the best CNC coolant, the Jancy Slugger 10208W Coolant is the way to go. We like this stuff because it is a coolant that also aids in cutting but it is designed as a coolant. Overall we think it does a very good job in keeping your CNC bits and parts cool giving you lots of room to run your machine to its fullest potential.

One of its pitfalls is that it does tend to leave an oily residue but you can easily clean it later. Also, another thing that isn’t very clear is the mixing ratios, which you just have to figure out. Finally, we just want to let you know that it is a water-soluble concentrate that makes up to 10 quarts of cutting fluid. Although it is designed to be used with Slugger cutters, you can use it for other things.

#4. Fusion Cool 2240

Another great option when it comes to CNC coolants is the Fusion Cool 2240. This coolant is a top-cutting oil for drilling metal. This cutting fluid product is perfect for the machining of many kinds of metals. Works well for grinding, milling, CNC machining, tapping, and turning. We really like the fact that even at low concentrations, it does a great job of preventing rusting on tools and machine surfaces. It is also non-corrosive, non-toxic, non-flammable, and biodegradable.

Overall, with this coolant, you can greatly extend the lifespan of your CNC machine while also maximizing efficiency. It is also a great rust inhibitor and even helps make ph levels more stable. Finally, we like it because it contains a non-chlorine extreme pressure additive, which does a good job of creating a surface finish.
