#1.Kool Mist #77 Concentrated Coolant
If you want the best cnc coolant, we think that you should definitely give the Kool Mist #77 Concentrated Coolant a try. As the name implies, it is a concentrated coolant, so dilute it for the instructions to make the bottle last a whole lot longer. All in all, it does a great job in keeping your parts cool and it is easy to pump. The only thing we don’t like is that it has a low viscosity, but that can be overlooked.

#1.Kool Mist #77 Concentrated Coolant
When it comes to the best cnc coolant, we have to give it up to the Kool Mist Concentrated Coolant. We find it pretty good at general cooling of the cnc and chip removal. We like this coolant because it definitely gives you good value and is much cheaper than those titanium only coolants but pretty much give you the same desired effect.
Overall, we think that it does a great job in keeping your parts lubed and cool as well as minimizing tarnishing and rust. It will do a great job in milling aluminum and keeping the tool cooled down. And finally, we like the fact that it smells pretty nice too and doesn’t have an unpleasant odor, unlike some of the other cnc coolants that we tried.

#2.TRIM Fluids 9106 CNC Coolant
Next, we have the TRIM Fluids 9106 CNC Coolant, which is the best cnc coolant that does a good job in inhibiting chip packing and clinkering. This is a clear odorless synthetic coolant. We like it because it is excellent at dissipating heat as well as inhibiting corrosion. It is also recommended for grinding steel, cast iron, and aluminum.
One of the standout features is that it will not form ammonia when grinding cast iron and allows graphite to float. Also, when grinding cast iron, it does a good job in preventing swarf from clinkering. It is also good to know that the TRIM fluids 9106 contains no sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine, or other halogens.

#3.Jancy Slugger 10208W Coolant/Cutting Fluid
For those who want the best cnc coolant, the Jancy Slugger 10208W Coolant is the way to go. We like this stuff because it is a coolant that also aids in cutting but it is designed as a coolant. Overall we think it does a very good job in keeping your cnc bits and parts cool giving you lots of room to run your machine to its fullest potential.
One of its pitfalls is that it does tend to leave an oily residue but you can easily clean it later. Also, another thing that isn’t very clear is the mixing ratios, which you just have to figure out. Finally, we just want to let you know that it is a water soluble concentrate that makes up to 10 quarts of cutting fluid. Although it is designed to be used with Slugger cutters, you can use it for other things.

#4.Trico TC-1 Synthetic Water-Soluble Coolant
Another great option when it comes to cnc coolants is the Trico TC-1. This coolant is a highly concentrated premium synthetic water-soluble coolant that is great for spray and flood cooling. We really like the fact that even at low concentrations, it does a great job of preventing rusting on tools and machine surfaces. It is also non-corrosive, non-toxic, non-flammable, and biodegrable.
Overall, with this coolant you can greatly extend the lifespan of your cnc machine while also maximizing efficiency. It is also a great rust inhibitor and even helps make ph levels more stable. Finally, we like it because it contains a non-chlorine extreme pressure additive, which does a good job in creating a surface finish.

#5.Miller Electric Industrial Supreme Coolant
Lastly, we have the Miller Electric Industrial Supreme Coolant, which is definitely a name brand coolant when it comes to machine parts and cnc tools. First and foremost, Miller Electric has been around in the industry for a very long time and we fully trust the quality of their products. They don’t cut corners on anything.
When it comes to this coolant, we really like how it keeps your cnc machine running nice and cool while simulataneously preventing corrosion and rust build up. This keeps your cnc machine running efficiently. If you have already tried everything on the market and can’t seem to find the right solution, we strongly urge you to give the Miller Electric cooland a try.
