Best Baguette Pan

#1.Chicago Metallic Baguette Pan

Finding the best baguette pan is definitely not an easy task, but luckily we’ve narrowed down the choices for you. We think the Chicago Metallic Baguette Pan is one of the better ones out there. What really makes this baguette pan stand out is the fact that it is made from heavy-weight aluminized steel. This allows for superior heat conduction and even baking.

We also like the non-stick dual coating on the pan, which prevents a huge headache if you ever try to wash it after baking. It is also pretty easy to store and measures 16 inches by 9 inches. In the end, you get a very nice crispy baguette due to the air circulating freely and elegantly around. It is not the best quality but it’s basically 90% there.

#2.USA Pan Bakeware Baguette Pan

We think the USA Pan Bakeware is the best baguette pan for those who want a well-perforated 3-loaf pan made of aluminized steel. It is basically a commercial grade and heavy gauge. We think that this baguette pan really stands out amongst the competition because it has this great non-stick coating that just works better. It is coated with AMERICOAT Plus non-stick coating.

This coating is extremely durable and doesn’t scratch off easily, unlike the rest of the brands. It is one of the truly non-stick brands out there. This 16 by 9-inch pan holds three loaves. The pan itself washes clean very easily with just soap and water without any scrubbing. Also, it is made in the USA and is PTFE, PFOA, and BPA-free.

#3.Lekue 4 Mini Baguette Baking Pan

In our opinion, the Lekue brand baking pan is the best baguette pan for those who want to make some mini baguettes. These baguettes come out about the size of a small sub-roll, around 7 by 3 inches. So just a heads up, these are mini baguettes and be sure you are clear on the sizing before diving in. This pan is made of platinum silicone, which is durable enough for both the oven and microwave.

And since this pan is treated with a non-stick coating you just need to apply some oil first to activate the non-stick properties. Also, feel free to put this in the freezer as well. Overall, we had a wonderful experience trying out this mini baguette pan as it’s simple and easy to set up and clean. It is also quite durable and won’t break down.

#4.Emile Henry Made In France Baguette Baker

The Emile Henry Baguette Baker is really designed for those who want the ultimate baguette pan and are willing to pay top dollar. This is also made in France, the home to baguettes. So this baguette pan is made with extreme attention to detail to get you the perfect baguette. It naturally has a non-stick feature built-in through the ribs on the bottom of the pan.

Next, we really like the great shape and the lid that goes on top. There are strategically placed holes on top and on the bottom of the pan that gives your bread the perfect amount of humidity. All in all, this is basically as good as it gets in terms of a professional baguette baker pan. It will get your restaurant and bakery quality baguettes at your own home.

#5. HIC Harold Baking Baguette Pan

Lastly, we have the HIC Harold Baking Baguette Pan, which is made of a great non-stick carbon steel material. You can make 2 baguettes at a time with this pan and it is fairly cheap. We like how the rim is reinforced and beamed in a way such that it doesn’t warp or bend in the oven under high heat, which is great for overall durability.

There is also a pretty premium non-stick coating that ensures you get a quick release of the baguette once you are done baking. Just wash it off with soap and water. Overall, this is a pretty good quality pan that comes with a pretty budget price tag. And durable is rock solid as well.
