#2.Rust-Oleum Antifouling Paint For Fiberglass

Next up, we have the Rust-Oleum Marine Coatings Boat Bottom Paint, which is the best antifouling paint for fiberglass if you have mild to moderate fouling conditions. In terms of coating times, it is pretty good. You are able to recoat in 4 hours and launch in about 16 hours. It is also suitable for both freshwater and salter conditions.

Additionally, we really like it because it works wonderfully over aged antifouling paint and gives you a nice smooth finish with a flat sheen that holds up well in all sorts of weather. Furthermore, there’s this nice protective coating that does a pretty good job of resisting the buildup of algae, barnacles, bacteria, and other sorts of marine life.

#3.Interlux Fiberglass Antifouling Paint

Another great product when it comes to the best antifouling paint for fiberglass is the Interlex Fiberglass Bottomkote Aqua. This paint has a really nice finish that helps reduce friction and drag. Perhaps our favorite feature is that it is a pretty thin film. This means that there will be less of a paint build-up and much easier to clean up later with just soap and water.

The durability is decent but definitely nothing like the brands we mentioned above. It does do a decent job of protecting against fouling and marine life that can form on it. More importantly, it has a nice low-odor formula that makes applying it much easier than many of the other brands where you may have to wear a mask.
