#2.5 Inch Premium Quick Screw Gutter Hangers
Next up, we have the 5 Inch Premium Quick Screw Gutter Hangers, which are the best gutter hangers for those who want something that fits all 5-inch gutters that are not plastic. It easily screws into a fascia board with a cordless drill and 1/4 inch nut driver and is definitely something that you can install yourself. You can use it to either support weak gutter hangers or add strength.
While they are clearly much stronger than your standard gutter hanger, we do feel that they are a bit weaker than the Quick Screw Gutter Hangers mentioned above. However, the difference isn’t quite noticeable and for the most part, they hold your gutter up very well against bad weather, snowing, and just things piling up on them.

Another great product when it comes to the best gutter hangers is the Strong Arm Quick Screw Gutter Hangers. These have engineered ribs that give you the extra support that you really need. To be perfectly honest, most of the gutter hangers that we tested out are pretty good and durable actually. There really isn’t one brand that clearly blows away the competition.
In fact, we are starting to suspect that these gutter hangers are all sourced from the same manufacturing facilities, as it is hard to really tell a big difference. Anyways, the Strong Arm Quick Screw works as advertised, lasts a long time according to long-term users, and is pretty intuitive and easy to install properly.

The Rale Manufacturing Gutter Hanger is yet another gutter hanger that makes our top 5 list because it performs pretty much just as well as the previous gutter hangers. The standout feature is that it has rolled edges, which is a feature that actually greatly increases the overall strength and durability of these hangers.
The increase in strength is different there and noticeable but it doesn’t blow all the other hangers out the water. We actually find it a bit more difficult to install, so there’s always a trade-off. You can either install them with 1 to 1.5-inch screws which are unfortunately not included or you can just clip them under the front lip and over the back of the gutter.

The Amerimax Hidden Gutter Hangers are a great way to properly hang your gutters without the fear of them falling out during a big winter storm or just extra gunk weighing them down. Overall, these are pretty strong and we put them more or less on par with the strength of the gutter hangers that we mentioned above. They are also quite easy to install by yourself.
In fact, these gutter hangers are quite beefy and actually perform a bit better than we expected. It is definitely a nice choice to try out and you can’t really go wrong with these. With this brand, you get a pack of 10 and you are supposed to use about 5 per 10 feet of gutter, so please do the math first before ordering.
