We consider the KILZ Over Armor to be the best concrete resurfacer on the market just because it is simply amazing at filling up cracks in concrete as well as wood. However, please keep in mind that in order for this to work, you have to properly clean and prepare the surface.
This is a 100% acrylic resin solution that creates a durable coating on your concrete. It is designed to conceal cracks up to a quarter inch and creates a nice mildew and slip-resistant finish. Finally, we should note that even though the company says you should not use this on driveable surfaces, we found absolutely no problems with it.

We like how it is also very weather resistant and is polymer fortified, meaning all you need to do is just add water and mix. Finally, we just want to add that it has a nice crack-resistant formula, so it stays hard and won’t crack for a long time. Just keep in mind that it sets very fast so work fast.

For those who are budget minded and like to buy in bulk, the Sakrete Concrete Patcher and Resurfacer is a great option. This stuff gets the job done and is very easy to use and dries quite hard. Our biggest complaint is that the color may come out a bit different from the original cement.
In terms of durability, users have mentioned that this resurfacer definitely lasts quite a while and repairs cracks up to 1/2 an inch. And in terms of price per unit volume, you can’t beat this ratio with Sakrete. Sure you can go name brand like DAP, KILZ, or Rust-Oleum, but if you have a big driveway, the costs will add up.
