This is a handheld amp that works for the AM and FM modes at 100W. Additionally, the most effective output is around 200 W with an input of 5 W and around 200-250 W when the input is 10 W. And the most effective working frequency is 20-30 MH.
This amp needs to be on a 12v supply and we highly recommend that you add an additional 10 amp fuse to the power supply for extra security. Normally it doesn’t get too hot but just make sure you don’t put anything around it and give it plenty of space to cool down. Power mics will put you over the intake limit for the amp.

Yes, we agree that if this is the type of amp you want, an RM Italy will likely serve you better, but this one is even waterproof. So if you drop a coffee on it, you’ll be safe. And yes, the fan is a bit too loud and overpowering for the unit. However, if you can overlook some of these minor flaws and annoyances (if they are), this can actually be a pretty darn good CB radio amp for your basic needs.
