They have glued and blindstitched seams, which makes them very durable.

The BPS Storm Smart Sock is a great unisex neoprene sock that really does a great job of staying on while keeping a lot of the water out, hence the name Smart Sock. So it keeps on by the fact that there is this extra adjustable elastic strap around the ankle, which makes sure that you get a snug fit around your ankles and holds the sock in place.
This strap also minimizes the amount of water from getting into your socks. The sole is quite flexible and more so than the rest of the brands yet keeps pretty good durability and can handle slippery places. Finally, there is this tab at the rear of the socks, which really helps you take these socks on and off. We like how there are plenty of colors to choose from as well.

#5.H2Odyssey Mini Sock 2mm Neoprene
Lastly, we have the H2Odyssey, which is a mini 2mm neoprene sock. These are ankle socks that are very thin and do a decent job of protecting your feet as well as keeping them warm. Since they are 2mm, which is a bit thinner than your typical neoprene sock, they will be more comfortable and breathable. Of course, the trade-off is less protection.
Overall, we would recommend you get these socks if you value comfort over durability and protection. They still do a pretty decent job of hanging on to slippery surfaces and protecting your feet. However, it is just not as stable or safe as thicker neoprene socks with a higher top.
