#1.Pro-Cure Crab and Shrimp Attractant
For those who want the best shrimp bait, we highly recommend the Pro-Cure Crab and Shrimp Attractant. This stuff works very well in getting the most amount of shrimp to your area and it has a pretty good radius. Also, we find that it lasts for a pretty good amount of time underwater.

#1.Pro-Cure Crab and Shrimp Attractant
When it comes to the best shrimp bait, we have to give it up to the Pro-Cure Crab and Shrimp Attractant. This bait is pretty much the gold standard out there in terms of attracting shrimp. We find the only issue you will run into is that there will be other people using the same bait in your area, which will either confuse the shrimps or them all going to the nearest bait station.
Other than that, we think that this shrimp bait is well worth the money, and both covers a pretty wide area as well as last for quite a while underwater without the scent goes away. The only thing we have to warn you about is to shake well before applying. If you don’t do so, we usually find that it is not nearly as effective.

#2.Pautzke Bait Scents Shrimp Attractant
Next, we have the Pautzke Bait Scents Shrimp Attractant, which is the best shrimp bait for those who want a solid performing shrimp bait with an incredibly long range. So it goes without saying that the Pautzke has the right formula for attracting tons of shrimp, or we wouldn’t even be recommending it. Unfortunately, we just don’t think it is as good as Pro-Cure.
Despite not having the best shrimp attracting power doesn’t just rule it out. We put it on our list because of the extended range it provides. So while it won’t attract as many shrimp in a given area as the Pro-Cure, it will make up for it by attracting more fish that are out of Pro-Cure’s range.

#3.Gulp Alive Shrimp Attractant
Another wise choice when it comes to the best shrimp bait is the Gulp Alive Shrimp Attractant. This stuff works incredibly well at attracting shrimp of all types and this is the reason we like it. Gulp is mainly manufactured as a general attractant, so it will basically attract anything underwater from small fish to big fish to crabs, lobsters and shrimp.
Because it is very good at appealing to the widest variety of shrimps, we really like using it as a backup or second sweep in case we missed anything with other shrimp bait. So if you are interested in attracting the maximum amount of variety of shrimp, you should definitely consider adding some of this to your shrimp bait mix.

#4.Bass Assassin Bang Shrimp Attractant
The Bass Assassin Bang Shrimp Attractant is another great option for attracting shrimp. Although it is designed as a fish attractant. this particular type is also pretty good at attracting shrimp. We really like that it is super easy to use and has a no-mess formula. Also it doesn’t have too crazy of a strong smell and won’t totally disgust you. This is particularly helpful in the morning when you’re sick.
Not only does it do a good job in attracting shrimp, but it keeps shrimp in the area for longer periods of time. This is because it is incredibly durable and the scent goes away much slower than other brands. If you haven’t heard of this brand already and coming up dry a lot, perhaps it is time to change your shrimp bait and give this a try.

#5.Kodiak Fish Attractants Bass Formula Oil
Finally, we have the Kodiak Fish Attractants Bass Formula Oil, which is a great shrimp bait to use if you want something that is of great value and worth your money. Since this is designed mainly for fish, its ability to attract shrimp is greatly compromised. We are not saying it doesn’t work, but just saying it’s not as good as the others we recommended.
So why would we recommend something like this then? Because sometimes you need to change things up a bit in order to get more reel more shrimp in. This stuff is pretty decent at attracting shrimp, it has a good range, and the scent stays strong for longer than the average bait. It is not the best in any of these categories and it is also above average in all.
